Please Read Before Submitting !!!!!!!
So, you want to submit some links onto the Slacker Network, that's fine! But first you need to be aware of the 'Submission Rules' before posting your cherished links up onto the site.
Some of you may not be aware that this is NOT a 'free for all' linkdump. Links are moderated. If we feel that the post is garbage, lame, not worthy, useless, then we will delete it. Do NOT get offended - it's NOT personal, we just want the users to see stuff they might actually enjoy! Any incest, under-age, sick or blatantly illegal content links (and/or suggestive description) will NOT be tolerated and will attract a perpetual ban.
Do NOT post NSFW/R-Rated links as SFW/G-Rated. Doing so will illicit an instant perpetual ban!
Please try to engage your brain when writing the link description! Things like 'Great clip', 'Hot Girl', 'Skater Owned' etc, really doesn't convey much about what the user is going to see, does it? Also, check your spelling! All submissions that fail to do this will be deleted.
Any links that do not conform to the following rules will be deleted. If your links continually break the rules, the domain(s) you submit to and or IP(s) you submit from will be banned for a period of time (ranging from 1 day to life).
This is an 'entertainment' site. You can see from the other links on here what kind of material are generally acceptable. Please do NOT post links to content not within our genre - they will be deleted.
If you are a frequent poster, we really need a link back to Slacker Network on your site. This works both ways, the more links in we get the more traffic we send out. If you want to exchange links email us here.
Here are the lame rules...
Post directly to the material you want to show - NEVER to your main/home page! Also, do not post a link to a page on your site that is just a link to another site and do not iframe another site in yours! Post to a media page directly. Embedded 'YouTube' and 'Google' video players are fine.
- Please do no submit more than 2 pieces of content to the same website per day. Submit no more than 1 game per site per day. If this is exceeded we will remove ALL of your links for that day.
Do not submit links to pay sites, affiliate programs or anything with your affiliate id.
Do not post to a single picture of a girl unless it's an extremely good picture (and you include her phone number). Instead, link directly to a gallery.
Titles that are misleading, offensive, or abusive will be deleted. Sexist words like 'slut' or 'whore' are not acceptable. Racism is also unacceptable (Unless, of course, any of this is applied to George Dubya).
Reposts. Please check to see if the link is already on the site before you submit. Do not post the same link repeatedly! Constant offenders will find themselves banned.
Old material - do not post a link if you know half of the Internet has already seen it.
Your submission must not contain too many ads ! Only 1 popup, no misdirecting Javascript like WinFixer and no full page ads! (Smiley ads will be tolerated)
Nothing that automatically changes browser and/or system settings is allowed (autobookmark, auto Start Page etc.)
Do NOT post anything that's even remotely suggestive of incest, under-age. This content (and/or suggestive description) will NOT be tolerated and will attract a perpetual ban.
Hotlinking. Do not post links to pages that contain media that is hotlinked (leeching) from another site. This type of bandwidth theft is intolerable. Posting this type of link will gain you an immediate 3 week ban.
Gore and fights - most users do not want to see people getting blown up or being decapitated. They also don't want to see 13 year old kids hurt each other - unless they are siblings and only if they deserve it.
- Make sure the website you are submitting is reasonably well designed and the media is easily viewable.
